Human Oversight and Your Rights

Where an AI tool produces a score, ranking, or recommendation that materially affects your application, a qualified recruiter or hiring manager will review that output before any final decision is made. In all hiring decisions Everise does not rely solely on the use of automated processing. Everise uses the following AI tool in evaluating your application:

Tool Data Processed Description

The platform facilitates workflow automation, data synchronization, candidate tracking, and reporting across systems. EverAI does not make hiring decisions independently. All recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding decisions are reviewed and made by qualified recruiters, hiring managers, and onboarding specialists.

You have the right to: (i) be informed when automated tools were used in evaluating your application; (ii) request human review of any automated assessment or decision; (iii) express your view on the automated outcome; and (iv) contest a decision made solely by automated processing.
